This position will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share expansion in the Orthopedic and Spine markets.
This role will require a deep understanding of the Orthopedic and Spine industries, as well as exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
Business Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product launch plans, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.
Leadership and Management:
Lead and manage a team of sales, marketing, and product managers to achieve business objectives.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
Develop and implement talent development plans to ensure the team has the necessary skills and expertise to succeed.
Market Development and Sales:
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, surgeons, and healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Product Management:
Manage the product lifecycle, including product launches, upgrades, and discontinuations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial targets.
Analyze financial performance and adjust as necessary.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Educational Qualifications and Professional Experience:
University degree in either Business Administration, Marketing or related field
MBA or Post-Graduate Degree Preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience in the Orthopaedic or Spine Management role
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and marketing.
Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
