I did my practical voluntary at Tulbac Care Facility and provided care to various needy resident patients who had various chronic conditions which included dementia, cancer patients, bedridden and frail patients. patients with Parkinson illness, stroked patients, post = operated patients, patients with severe hypertension and diabetes and those with physical challenges.
