Sales Representative / Business Development Representative (Commission-Based)

PMade is seeking a motivated, self-directed Sales Representative to identify, engage, and close new clients for PMade’s products and/or services. This is a commission-only role suited for individuals who are confident in prospecting, relationship-building, and closing deals. The Sales Representative will operate as an independent contractor, not an employee.

• Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and other approved channels

• Present PMade’s offerings clearly and professionally to prospective clients

• Qualify leads and manage the sales process from initial contact through contract execution

• Negotiate commercial terms within guidelines approved by PMade

• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and closed deals

• Coordinate with PMade on client onboarding and handoff after sale

• Represent PMade professionally and ethically at all times

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferred but not required)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage one’s own pipeline

• Results-driven mindset with a focus on closing deals

• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach methods is a plus

• This is a commission-only role

• Commission is earned as 20% of revenue generated from closed deals sourced by the Sales Representative.

• No base salary, benefits, or expense reimbursement unless expressly agreed in writing

• Independent contractor position

• Flexible schedule; remote work permitted

• No exclusivity unless otherwise agreed in writing
