Sat – Cit – Ananda, the realisation of the absolute truth that you are Supreme Bliss.

In truth, we can’t perceive Supreme Bliss, and this is due to the fact that we are this Supreme Bliss.

Why can’t we perceive it? Our senses and emotions are limited to the mind and that is where perception happens, even through knowledge we can’t perceive the Absolute Truth of Bliss. It is through the Spiritual Heart that we need to dive into, the very essence of our being, which is Pure Existence, Pure Awareness, and Pure Bliss. This is Satchidananda and only through the experience of being it can we be it.

Join us as we use the Full Moon, Vedic mantras and Vedic Prayers to take us deep within our Spiritual heart to be Satchidananda. This will be an enlightening weekend that will open your spiritual heart allowing Supreme Bliss to become you.

Friday:

Meeting from 5 pm:

6:30 pm:

• Setting Intentions for the weekend

• Guided Meditation

• Gayatri Mantra Agnihotra

• Dinner

Saturday:

• Surya Namaskar

• Breakfast

• Vedic Prayers / Philosophy

• Walk in Nature and Swim in Dam with meditation

• Lunch

• Downtime by lake to Journal

• Om Chanting

• Kali Devi Agnihotra – We will do a dry chilli offering to Kali Ma for a deep spiritual cleansing. People who do this offering always feel lighter with the ability to go deeper in the meditations.

• Dinner

• Rest

Sunday:

Will flow with Surya Namaskar, meditation, Vedic prayers, Om Chanting followed by a light breakfast and some quiet time for introspection and understanding of how to move forward with the rebirth into our everyday lives, finishing around 12pm.
