Non-Negotiable Requirements
• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance
• Technically minded with strong general handyman skills (repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting)
• Computer literate
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
• Hard-working, honest, and reliable

• Able to work in a structured office and property environment
