We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Senior Hairstylist to take charge of styling excellence, mentor junior stylists, and ensure clients receive outstanding hair care services. This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in natural hair, braiding, treatments, weaving, wig-making, and interest in organic haircare.

• Lead by example, providing expert hair styling and treatment services.
• Train and mentor junior stylists to maintain high service and technical standards.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques to introduce new services.
• Ensure clients receive top-notch consultations and personalized hair care advice.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards in styling practices.
• Monitor salon cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with management to improve customer experience and salon efficiency, drive business growth and meet sales targets.
• Oversee daily operations, including appointment scheduling and inventory management.

• Proven experience as a hairstylist, with expertise in natural and textured hair.
• Strong skills in braiding, weaving, loc maintenance, and hair treatments.
• Ability to train and supervise a team of stylists.
• Excellent customer service and consultation skills.
