Position Overview

The Lead Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's visual identity. This role combines hands-on design execution with team leadership and strategic oversight. The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure all creative outputs align with brand standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement design strategies for branding, packaging, digital marketing, product catalogues, trade show materials, and corporate communications
• Ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints, including website, social media, email campaigns, and printed collateral
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to translate business goals into compelling visual content
• Oversee the production of high-quality marketing assets, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and brand guidelines
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing creative quality with operational efficiency
• Monitor and apply emerging design trends relevant to the lighting, architecture, and interior design industries

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 5 years of professional graphic design experience
• 2 Years of management experience
• Proven ability to lead creative projects from concept through execution
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout design, and multi-platform content creation
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other industry-standard design tools
