My client, a well established concern within the agricultural industry has a vacancy for a Snr Administration Coordinator for their Procurement team. B.Comm degree with a completed honors as well as 2 years experience within an admin, logistics or financial role will count in your favor.
Duties:


Contract management


Compile procurement contracts


Collecting outstanding contracts


Stock control and management


Reconcile stock on system to stock at co-op's system


Prepare invoices for payment to suppliers and producers


Control all transactions and ensure it is updated on a daily basis



Requirements:


B.Comm degree with a completed honours degree preferred


Strong with regards to financials


Excel


Attention to detail and highly accurate
