My client based in Somerset West is seeking a Brokers Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
This role is responsible for administrative support for the Trust Officers (Financial / Investment Advisors) and includes handling of all follow-up correspondence with clients, beneficiaries and third-party providers, as well as the internal department to ensure that investment and payment instructions are timeously and accurately actioned

Duties in include but not limited to:

Collation of all necessary documentation relating to administration of investment instructions, payment requests and client accounting, preparation and capturing thereof

Client liaison

Liaison with internal investment administration and support departments

Typing of minutes (High Volume) of meetings

Collation of all client and monthly and quarterly reporting

Collation of tax documentation per client

General secretarial support

Ad hoc reception duties

Key Requirements

Previous experience in similar function will be preferred but not essential

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative role

Ability to work independently

Attention to detail and highly organized

Grade 12 minimum coupled with a post matric qualification in Finance (Bookkeeping or Accounting)
