The Role:
Contact center Sales Agent
3 month contract Position
Hours 8:00 - 18:00
Mondays to Saturdays
Main Purpose of Position:
The successful applicant will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through outbound telephonic selling and will be required to actively sell products within a pressurized environment.
Main Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Conduct outbound calls and selling products
Will have to be proven closers with ability to convince clientâ??s to accept product
Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise
Be comfortable with the sales process and show the ability to meet targets
Ability to sell high volumes of policies whilst insuring call of high quality
Ability to handle complaints as well as conflict telephonically
Attention to detail
Skills and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
MS Office literate
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Computer literacy in both MS Word Excel Cooperative and empathetic to colleagues and customers
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Grade 12 /Matric
Credit Criminal Clear
2-3 years outbound sales experience

and reporting activities on projects is required.The
successful candidate will assist in establishing guidelines and procedures
governing Investigations and Anti-Corruption activities.This
position requires an experienced leader of people and projects with the
ability to lead projects from start to finish whilst successfully managing
a small team.
