About the Role
We are hiring Virtual Assistants and Executive Assistants to join our team and be placed with clients across a range of industries. You will be assigned to work directly with a client, providing day-to-day administrative and operational support tailored to their business needs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing calendars, appointments, and daily schedules
- Handling email inboxes and client correspondence

What We Are Looking For

- Strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
- Reliable laptop/computer and a stable internet connection
- Dedicated, quiet workspace at home
- Must be based in South Africa
Experience in industries such as legal, real estate, finance, e-commerce, medical, or tech is an advantage but not required.
