Those that enjoy routine are encouraged and supported to be subject matter experts.   *Role Responsibilities:* * Providing technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes. * Addressing all product-related queries on time. * Training customers to use products effectively. * Providing developers with customers' feedback to help identify potential new features or products. * Reporting on product performance. * Identifying solutions to reduce support costs. * Analysing customers' needs and suggesting upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements. * Liaising with the sales department to win new business and increase sales. * Establishing best practices. * Keeping track of sales performance metrics.   *Preferred Qualifications:* * BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field   *Relevant Skills / Experience:* * Proven work experience as a Technical account manager. * Telco experience is essential. * Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies. * Familiarity with software and front-end development. * An ability to gasp customers' needs and suggest timely solutions. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   *Travel:* * You will be required to travel to African countries as / when needed.   PS Even if you feel you don't have all the skills listed or if this spec isn't what you are looking for, feel free to send your CV as we probably have other opportunities that could interest you.
