Tableau Product Technical Leadership (Product Management and Technical Development)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be the data evangelist for the business; Tableau – actively promoting and building data cultures within clients while growing the internal Tableau competency
Maintain required product knowledge
Maintain required technical certification levels
Technical Development: developing efficient, elegant and functional dashboard solutions for clients
Technical Development: POCs: developing and delivering product demos, highlighting new product features, and building POC solutions for clients
Maintain a vendor product roadmap, attend vendor updates / events
Build & maintain a relationship with Tableau(vendor) technical representatives
Participate in Pre Sales and Marketing activities for the Tableau product
Training clients in product capabilities
Training, mentoring and up-skilling internal team for internal capabilities
Required Experience:
3+ years of Tableau experience
Strong data visualisation experience in a leading tool (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
Major project exposure delivering data visualisation with both enterprise-wide implementation and adoption strategy
Experience with leading data literacy initiatives and data culture change
Tableau Desktop experience
Cleaning and preparation of data for reports and dashboards
Requirements analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Technical pre-sales and product demos

• Provide ongoing support to the organisation in business process improvement and workflow implementation, deployment, and training
• Provide on-going support of deployed automated solutions
• Continuously improving automated business processes, workflows, and integration automation solutions using Microsoft tools Qualification and Experience:
• National Senior Certificate (NQF 4)
• Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
• Relevant certifications
• At least 6 years experience in a similar automation position in a related industry
• Experience in Business Process Management, workflow and automation
• Experience building and designing solutions using Visio, Power Automate, Sharepoint, Teams, Azure, Process Advisor, JIRA, Confluence, etc
• Experience mentoring and coaching developers.
• Demonstrated experience in working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at different levels in the business

Submitting a weekly sales/technical report to Sales Manager.
Adhere to Company Data and Communication Policies.
Use prescribed templates where available.
Comply with deadlines where set/required.
