Tired of freelancing?  Or working for the same clients? We are a small, but powerful Cape Town-based international branding and visual communications agency looking for a mid to senior designer with agency and design experience. Your resume will catch our attention if your experience include strategic brand design and campaign roll out. 
When we say “Designer” it means we are looking for a graphic communications designer who has the ability to execute complex briefs, from strategy to roll out. Someone who can take ownership of the project and understands our role within the solution. It does not only refer to age, but design maturity.
You will work within a powerful team of creatives, sometimes taking the lead and sometimes collaborating with others. You will produce a wide variety of creative outputs and generate smart concepts and ideas within the given deadline and brief boundaries for both digital and print. 
Some of our best applicants have been freelance designers. They know it takes more than fulfilling a brief. They know how important it is to understand the clients’ needs and objectives and can challenge the brief accordingly.
Personal qualities
The ability to take, comprehend and distil complex briefs is a must. Taking ownership and having accountability for deadlines and quality of work is also a pre-requisite. We have a strong liking for designers who are pedantic and detail-orientated in their creative outputs, and who wants to keep growing and improving.
Culture
At Infestation, a positive, can-do attitude is a must. You must have a natural ability to communicate effectively and generally work well with others. We are a tight-knit community of creative problem-solvers, looking for like-minded individuals who think big and enjoy making things happen. Going the extra mile is pretty standard here, and an adventurous spirit is preferred.
