Sales Manager

A Reputable Company based in Durban, South Africa is looking for a vibrant, ambitious and driven Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.

This person will lead and manage all cash sales operations and oversees activities of the sales team for their designated market and any related depots.

Grow incremental and new cash sales for the business while simultaneously reducing cash customer turnover.



Education / Minimum requirements
Sales Tertiary qualification (minimum 3 yr diploma or degree)
3-5 yrs selling and / or marketing exp, of which 2 yrs must have involved senior management level interaction within a company in the SA FMCG market
Driver’s license a prerequisite
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Good numeracy
Good computer literacy – especially Excel and e-mail
Expected to work over weekends and public holidays
Expected to work overtime as required
Expected to be on standby and to come in to assist in the event of absenteeism.
