SALES ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

RS Recruitment Services is assisting a large MANUFACTURING company to source a SALES ADMIN MANAGER to be based in PINETOWN, Durban. R 30 000 to R40 000 ctc.



OUR CLIENT HAS GROWN INTO ONE OF THE BIGGEST MANUFACTURERS OF FURNITURE IN SOUTH AFRICA, WITH MANUFACTURING PARTNERS IN CHINA, VIETNAM AND INDIA.



Purpose of the position is:



The management of the sales administration team and the liaison between key departments and sales consultants. Ensuring all information and processes are effective and accurate from the start to the end of the sales process.



Applicants should have/be the following:



A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing environment.

Experience in the furniture industry, an advantage.

A relevant tertiary qualification, an advantage.

Hands-on experience with an ERP systems.

Competent with the MS Office suite

Organisational and multitasking skills

A team player with high level of dedication

High level of accuracy



Key Performance Areas



Manage sales administration team and customer care department.

Create workable templates for orders on the system.

Oversee receiving of orders and book into the factory for production.

Placing of orders with suppliers and monitor progress.

Supply feedback to sales team regarding orders current and overdue,

Book in repairs.

Carry out daily reviews of all outstanding orders.

Providing sales figures on weekly basis.

Monitoring orders through production plant.

Job costings.



Remuneration:



R30 000 to R40 000.
