*ASSISTANT PLANT CONTROLLER- Rosslyn*   Automotive Manufacturing Component in the North of Pretoria is looking to employ an Assistant Plant Controller.   *Qualifications & Experience* * BCom Degree + Articles * 3 years Accounting experience focussing on Finance Controlling in an Automotive Component Manufacturing environment * Advanced computer skills * Working experience on SAP accounting system   *Duties* * Support timely and accurate reporting of financial results * Support compliance with local and US GAAP accounting rules * Full SOX compliance * CIP movement reports and Monthly CIP reconciliation * Monthly asset capitalization and reconciliation. * Accounts Receivable * Monthly bulk supplies invoice and payment clearing. * Adhoc DSO's for customer provided purchase orders. * Internal adjustment forms for customer deductions. * Monthly inventory reconciliations. * Assist with foreign payments invoice collection. * Accounts Payable * Receive invoices onto ERP system. * Perform adhoc supplier reconciliations. * Perform monthly GRIR reconciliation. * Assist in supplier payment queries. * Salaries and Wages * Monthly salaries and wages analysis (reports vs GL). * Monthly accrual account reconciliations. * Provide HR Manager with FTE headcount reports. * Adhoc labour costing calculations. * Review and approve intercompany charges Monthly intercompany reconciliations for production intercompany suppliers. * Month End Close * Journal entries as per month end close checklist. * Balance sheet checklist. * Gather and compile information for internal and external audits. * Budgets and Forecasting * Yearly budget expense analysis. * Budget allocation to departments for approved quotations.   *VALID DRIVER’S LICENCE AND OWN TRANSPORT*   *ONLY APPLICANTS THAT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED*   *SALARY OFFERED TO SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL DEPEND ON QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE*   *Applicants who have not been contacted within 14 days should consider their applications as having been unsuccessful*
