Organisational Change Manager - Contract

Our client a Global Tech firm is seeking an Organisational Change Manager to join their team in Pretoria on a contract basis. The contract will also have a strong change to be renewed. They offer stability, growth, attractive rates, exposure and an excellent working environment.

Requirements
Bachelors in Business, Psychology, Communications, or other related fields
5 years working experience
Strong experience in organisational development and report writing skills inclusive of data reporting
Strong collaboration skills to work with a diverse set of roles and responsibilities, client relationship management skills, and ability to grasp complex businesses issues, diagnose organizational problems and identify key stakeholders needed to deliver solutions
Experience with full life cycle of Change Management, principles, methodologies, and tools
ITIL certification will be added advantage
