Marketing Assistant

Requirements:
BCom. Marketing Management or Equivalent in related field
Relevant work experience
Overtime may be required on occasion
Computer literacy
Duties:
Assist in research on online consumer and food trends
Identify possible market opportunities and present trends to Product Developer
Assist to develop a new food product
Assist to compile and present a feasible final product and packaging concept to the merchandising panel for approval
Assist to present and execute visual merchandising strategy of approved new products, and coordinate photography of new products
Post the approved visual assets on the social media platforms per the approved calendar
Assist in the promotion of posts on social media platforms within set budgets to targeted audiences, to gain followers and increase engagement on Instagram and Facebook as well as corporate profile in LinkedIn
Assist in creating marketing material for products, promotions and events
