Preparation of Divisional budgets and forecasts
Month end procedures
Preparation of Management reporting
Management of the inventory portfolio for the company
Ensure that fiscal control is maintained at all times and actual spend is in line with the budget across the divisions
Assist with analysis of current and historic financial and non-financial information
Approval of supplier invoices

• Review overall maintenance and security of the building, liaising with the maintenance manager on identified concerns

• Manage the buildings condition by inspecting the premises, identifying concerns, investigating and reporting security or maintenance incidents, and ensuring the cleaning team is well-equipped and trained to maintain cleanliness Administration
