Job Description

In this position your duties will include but not limited to:
Manage all aspects of the tendering department including tender buyers, estimators and tendering administrative personnel
Identify suitable projects for pricing and allocate projects to estimators for pricing
Allocate projects to tender buyers and monitor their progress
Populate and maintain an active tender schedule and chair weekly tender meetings with the tender team and senior management
Actively manage the tender finalization process with estimators and company management
Projects relate mostly to civil structures (bridges, water retaining structures, pump stations), pipelines etc)
Qualifications
BSc/BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Skills
+7 years experience
CCS required
Civil Structures exp
