Duties & Responsibilities
Duties will include interalia:-
Registering claims
Submission of claim forms to clients and explaining what is required
Collating supporting documents
Using checklists to ensure efficient claims flow process is adhered to
Liaising with clients, attorneys, medical practitioners, hospitals, companies, etc.
Regular updates to clients
Handling claims until finalisation
Claims administration and reporting
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric
Minimum 3 years experience as a claims consultant handling Life insurance claims (Death, Disability, Bond Protection claims etc)
Some short term insurance claims experience will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Relevant qualification
Ability to work unsupervised

Inspector to join our team in the Jacobs, Durban and Richards Bay areas. This
position is based in RICHARDS BAY but will require occasional visits to our
head office in Jacobs, Durban.
Job Description: The successful candidate will be
responsible for performing inspections of industrial coatings in accordance
with NACE standards. This includes surface preparation, application, and curing
processes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conducting inspections of surface preparation and coating
application processes.
Documenting inspection results and maintaining records.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality
standards.
Collaborating with the team to resolve any issues that arise
during the coating process.
Qualifications:
NACE Level 1 Certification is required.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Excel and MS office skills.
