We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Duties will include:
Approving leave on PERSAL
Ad hoc duties?
Minimum requirements:
Approving leave on PERSAL
Advanced Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification at NQF7
Postgraduate qualification on NQF8 will be an added advantage
3 years' experience in HR operations, specifically on advising on leave matters
Microsoft Office Suite
Must have PERSAL experience specifically in approving leave
