Digital/Integrated Art Director

We have an exciting, remote, and on-site job opportunity for a senior conceptual, edgy and versatile Digital/Integrated Art Director with BTL experience at a fabulous Creative TTL agency in Cape Town. We’re on the hunt for a talented 360° integrated Art Director to work in a team with a dynamic Copywriter. The role will see you creating work for a variety of super accounts and fantastic brands from alcohol and beverage through to lifestyle, fashion and music. The role encompasses Digital design/art direction with a heavy focus on brand Social Media and BTL work. You’ll also get to work on dynamic campaigns on platforms like TikTok and Spotify with opportunities for some fun AR creation. If you are a big picture thinker, conceptually strong with a head for strategy we’d love to hear from you.
This role works remotely but you should be available to attend shoots in Cape Town.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:
Relevant Visual Communications qualification from a recognised institution
5+ years’ Art Direction experience at a TTL or Digital advertising agency
Adobe Suite, After Effects, - advantageous exposure to WordPress, HTML and CSS skills
Expertise using Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
A strong portfolio of previous, relevant work
Strong digitally
Good attention to detail
The ability to work under pressure
Strong conceptual abilities
Solid understanding of tonality
Current and stays up to date with industry and design trends
Creative, out-the-box thinker who is able to work cross platform
Team player.
