Description
The content manager will have the following roles and responsibilities reporting to the commercial director and marketing manager:
Assisting and managing media campaigns on behalf of Tractor’s trade and charity partners ensuring delivery against media objectives
Facilitating beginning to end onboarding of SME partners onto Tractor’s network and managing media campaigns until completion
Developing and executing a contents strategy with the Commercial Director aimed at integrating automated and contextually relevant content within Tractors digital OOH network
Working alongside marketing and design teams to produce sponsored opportunities for the sales team
Creating and managing relationships with technology, trade and charity partners
Working with the marketing and design teams to ensure Tractor’s social media platforms have fresh and planned content to share regularly
Assisting the Marketing Manager with ad hoc tasks including but not limited to events planning (online + offline), client gifting & entertainment planning
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent MS office skills
Good knowledge of campaign marketing systems, social media and email marketing platforms (Hootsuite, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)
Creative yet well-organised personality with a high level of attention to detail
Previous experience in agency traffic management advantageous.

• Identify, recruit, interview, and select suitable candidates for vacant positions on site; induct, train new staff, and facilitate the probation period process.
• Conduct performance appraisals, derive action plans to improve performance, identify training opportunities, conduct disciplinary processes when required, motivate teams, and hold weekly meetings Maintenance and Security
• Review overall maintenance and security of the building, liaising with the maintenance manager on identified concerns
• Address maintenance requirements reported by tenants by investigating work needed, requesting work orders, attending to minor maintenance, overseeing the in-house maintenance team, and reporting on service provider performance
• Manage the buildings condition by inspecting the premises, identifying concerns, investigating and reporting security or maintenance incidents, and ensuring the cleaning team is well-equipped and trained to maintain cleanliness Administration
• Complete weekly and monthly reports accurately and on time, attend meetings with Internal Influencers.

• Review the social climate in the building, address minor social issues, and refer them to the MES social worker when necessary
