Bulk Recruitment Consultant - KZN

Requirements:
Matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualification
Minimum of 4 years experience in Bulk Recruitment working within an agency environment (experience in recruiting foreign language candidates)
Strong sourcing skills
Knowledge of building a talent pool
Ability to organise and prioritise
Computer literate (MS Word and MS Excel)
Know how to use social media to drive traffic to apply for open vacancies and promoting employer branding
Good command of the English language (verbal and written)
Focused with excellent attention to detail
Organisation skills
Sense of urgency (response to clients)
Adaptability
Good telephone etiquette
Professional demeanour
Duties and responsibilities:
Building a talent pool of strong candidates relative to clients needs
Pre-screening and managing applications for various vacancies
Arranging interviews
Interviewing candidates
Compiling professional CVs and references
Working with Recruitment Consultants, ensuring that clients get the best candidates
