BI Developer - Centurion - Power BI, SQL Scripting

Designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions on the Microsoft BI Stack.
Developing and executing queries upon request for data.
Presenting information through visualisation.

Research/understand BI trends and relate it to the company''s IT architecture and ensure strategy alignment
Provide input, implement, maintain and improve a BI landscape for the business;
a. Business analysis and performance requirements
b. Define metrics
c. Develop Scorecards, dashboards and Reports

Management and maintenance of the Microsoft BI Stack or relevant future software.
Information provisioning
ETL Process
SQL scripting
Data Warehouse design
Tabular Analysis Services models
Power BI models
Excel Services models
Ad Hoc Data Requests

Requirements:

BSC Computer Science, BCOM Informatics or relevant Business Intelligence Qualification

Minimum of 5 years business intelligence experience in the Microsoft BI Stack. QlikView experience will be beneficial. Have a solid understanding of business and financial process performance improvement.

SQL scripting experience - essential
SSIS experience - preferable
SSRS experience - preferable
Tabular SSAS experience - preferable
Power BI experience - essential

Salary - R750 - R950 kpa
