A Storeman

Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is looking to hire a Storeman.



Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that the store is always locked when not occupied
Responsible for the store housekeeping
Responsible for goods receiving
Report any defects and imperfections of all received goods
Report to required departments when parts arrive
Responsible to make sure to get suppliers delivery note for goods received
Issue credit clerk the suppliers delivery note and GRN
Create a GRN in Syspro for goods received
Issue goods out of the store only with an approved requisition and if its filled in correctly
File all requisition form
Issue the goods in Syspro
Do a monthly stock take
Make sure that goods are stored in the correct way
Make sure that all liquids containers are marked correctly for traceability
Ensure the security on Syspro and Production Planning system is maintained
