Provide & manage problem solving for critical path (leadtime)/production issues
Costing & Margin management
Team Management
Key account management
Responsible for driving sales and meeting targets
Managing and growing existing business
Building strong relationships with buyers
Trend research, buying and presenting ranges to buyers
Taking briefs from buyers and costing
Negotiating with buyers.
Managing a team of 4

Inspector to join our team in the Jacobs, Durban and Richards Bay areas. This
position is based in RICHARDS BAY but will require occasional visits to our
head office in Jacobs, Durban.
Job Description: The successful candidate will be
responsible for performing inspections of industrial coatings in accordance
with NACE standards. This includes surface preparation, application, and curing
processes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conducting inspections of surface preparation and coating
application processes.
Documenting inspection results and maintaining records.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality
standards.
Collaborating with the team to resolve any issues that arise
during the coating process.
Qualifications:
NACE Level 1 Certification is required.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Excel and MS office skills.
