A Merchandiser

Responsibilities:
Efficiently arranging products and displays on shelf in Retail and Wholesale channels
Ensuring proper category management and forward share opportunities are correctly arranged with all necessary elements
Arranges products to prearranged plan or own initiatives approved by management
Ensures visible and accurate pricing for serviced brands are always available
Transferring of customers replenishment stock from their stock room to floor displays or allocated shelf space
Constructs or assembles display aids from company provided POS materials
Stock rotation and sell by date management
Low stock level communication and reporting to sales team
Providing excellent customer service to store owners and customers
Effectively communicates and assists in resolution of complaints or grievances
Effectively and timeously completes all site surveys on CRM system
Assists with event and promo setup in their responsible region
Key Account Wholesale channel support
Requirements:
Matric
Drivers license and own vehicle essential
FMCG beverage experience preferred
Retail and Wholesale Channel experience preferred
Must have a high level of accuracy and ability to work without direct supervision
