Repairs & Maintenance Manager needed for Property Company based in Cape Town. Would need to manage 4 Maintenance teams and also manage the Insurance claims as they arise as well as looking after vehicle maintenance. Properties are positioned across the Cape Flats and is a mix of Residential and Commercial tenants.

Buildings – residential and commercial
Situate – BishopsCourt, Rondebosch, Lansdowne, Athlone, Claremont, Strand, Crawford, Parow, Gordons Bay, Strand, Muizenberg, Plumstead, Wynberg, Elsies River, Kraaifontein, Summergreens, Mitchells Plain and JHB
Needs to be hands on, do regular inspections of repairs completed and building safety and security checks. Only candidates with previous experience need apply. Salary: R20 000 – R25 000 CTC.
