Workshop Manager - MafikengWestvaal Motor Holdings, a dynamic motor dealership group in North West, Free State, Mpumalanga & Limpopo as well as Gauteng, requires a suitable candidate for the position of Service Manager situated at Westvaal Mahikeng VolkswagenDuties / Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the Service Department in order for ensure achievement of Customer enthusiasm, owner loyalty and goals related to service excellence, volume and profit, the management of the sales, staff and finances in the parts department.Create and implement customer enthusiasm, owner loyalty and marketing strategies to develop existing and new service business;Manage service department profitably through financial controls and resource allocation. Establish and maintain systems to ensure departmental effectiveness and profitability;Establish customer enthusiasm ensuring excellent customer service levels and therefore a high customer satisfaction index; and;Lead, develop and motivate staffQualifications and Experience:Matric Certificate, Maths and Accounting as subjects would be an advantageRelevant Tertiary qualification in Auto mobile / Mechanical management and 10 years in Auto Workshop experience with knowledge of modern workshop systems;Volkswagen Service Manager experience will be beneficial.Management and self driven abilities coupled with analysis & problem solving, integrity will ensure further suitability.Application of Policies and Procedures, Warranty / Insurance knowledge, Brand / product and program knowledge, Financial analysis and team work;MS Excel, MS Word and MS OutlookStrong communication skillsValid drivers licenceCompetencies:Accuracy and attention to detailCandidate must be willing to learn and develop new skillsAbility to work productively in a high pressure environmentManages time effectively and sets clearly defined objectivesSalary:Market Related Salary and performance incentive.Benefits:Medical Aid & Provident Fund.
