Description
Our client in the QSR industry is looking for an Operations Manager for their South Coast region (Margate / Shelly Beach / Port Shepstone).
Requirements:
Matric and a Degree / Diploma
Valid drivers licence
Experience managing staff
Basic Zulu proficiency would be advantageous
Must reside in the South Coast region
Strong computer skills
The ideal candidate must have a strong personality and be used to conflict resolution, previous experience managing stock and have been a similar role overseeing staff in the quick services industry.
