Description

The duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist with the administration of the tax process of the practice
  • Liaise with internal staff and external clients for information needed
  • Assist with SARS queries like verifications
  • New tax registrations
  • Applying for tax clearances and tax directives
  • Capture monthly payroll and ensure governance
  • Extract payroll reports
  • Complete and submit payroll returns
  • Respond to payroll queries

The candidate needs to meet the following requirements:

  • Matriculation with Mathematics and Accounting
  • Strong administration skills
  • Good phone and email etiquette
  • Attention to detail
  • Can work under pressure
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage deadlines and prioritize duties
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Ability to follow instructions and accept challenges
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
