Description
QUALITY INSPECTOR / EAST LONDON – The successful Candidate MUST have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Manufacturing Industry. Forklift License will be advantageous. Will suit someone close to the IDZ area.
Requirements:
Grade 12/Matric
2 years’ experience in manufacturing quality (automotive will be advantageous)
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Valid Driver’s License and own transport essential
Job Stability is crucial
Knowledge and experience in:
Inspection of incoming goods
Verification of COC results
Conduct product/dock audits as per audit schedule
Verify conformity of products running in production (Using checking fixtures and scale)
Co-ordinate calibration of measuring equipment with Quality Technician
Inspect and verify checking fixtures according to inspection plan
Control and oversee rework process
Report any non-conformities identified from incoming inspection and production line
Co-Ordinate MSA studies as and when required
Co-ordinate capability studies as and when required
Salary: R7,800 basic + overtime
