Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and expand Mkopa's customer base.
