Panel beater + Spray painter needed

My client has a fleet of about 20 trucks and is in need of a Welder / Spray Painter / Panel Beater to assist in their workshop in Durbanville

Daily tasks consist of but not limited to:

Panel Beater:
• Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels and body parts.
• Straighten frames and align body structures using specialized tools.
• Sand, fill, and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all repairs.

• Body and lead-filling

• Examination and construction of vehicles
• Sawing, chiselling, riveting, grinding
• Gas and MiG welding
• Brazing, metal cutting with oxyacetylene
• Plasma-arc metal cutting
• Remove and replace vehicle bumpers, panels, headlamps, doors, deck lid/tailgates
• Perform exterior and interior trimming, upholstery – dashboards and air conditioner
• Repair body component sliding roofs, electrics and vehicle glass
• Repair plastic components and glass fiber panels
• Perform minor dents and reshape a box section
• Align the upper body structure and re-align the body shell & frames
• Electonic chassis measuring
• Work well under pressure
• Must be able to do major structural damages of trucks
