TECHNICAL ARCHITECT LEAD

Significant consideration will be given to data strategy, control framework, reporting framework, exception management, and workflow. *Responsibilities:* * Leading the technical design, recommendation, and implementation for data warehouse technology and solutions * Focus on Database and Business Intelligence and must apply analytical skills and experience in principles of installation, configuration, availability, recoverability, scalability, performance tuning to define appropriate customer solutions * Apply knowledge and experience in designing, planning, building, and deploying (release, maintenance, monitoring) solutions that adhere to SDLC principles * Participate in the conceptual phases of identifying and solving business problems and initiatives * Create architecture specifications and other design artifacts representing the approach and effect of newly proposed solutions * Work with other architects/developers to maintain overall technology portfolio with supporting standards and guidelines * Work closely with application development teams to address issues relating to application architecture, such as performance/availability, and recommend solutions * Monitor and addresses the budget of hardware and infrastructure software stack to ensure plans and funding are in place for needed upgrades *Qualifications* * 5+ years experience in a practicing technology architect function in the implementation of structured design and architecture processes in a corporate environment * 5+ years experience leading in the design and implementation of Development, Application, and Data Architectures * 7+ years experience in the full development life cycle and significant experience in delivering applications and architecture services in a production environment * Deployment of a large distributed Big Data Application preferred * Experience with Spark, Python, and other industry Big Data Frameworks preferred * Broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to implement end-to-end technology solutions to our customers business problems * Enterprise-scale integration designs and architecture * Experience in developing software in an Agile environment * Able to analyze and explain the risks involved in deploying technology solutions to so
