Description
Position: Fleet Controller
Location: Alberton, Gauteng
Salary Range: R 15 000.00 R 20 000.00CTC pm
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
The successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day monitoring and vehicle tracking activities
The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting and actioning any vehicle discrepancies, critical events, and/ or route deviations
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing incidents report and handling events
He/she will be responsible for assisting drivers on route and escalating unresolved events to shift supervisor
He/she will deal with clients to answer questions relating to deliveries
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
At least two years relevant experience (fleet controlling/call centre)
Strong project management skills
Good interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively and professionally at all levels
