SEEKING MAINTENANCE / PROPERTY CARE POSITION (2026)

Dear Hiring Manager,

After many years of being self-employed in the construction industry, I’ve made a big decision:

In 2026, I’m ready to bring my skills, discipline, and hands-on experience into a company environment.

Throughout my journey, I’ve handled a wide range of work — from building and renovations to repairs, problem-solving, and day-to-day maintenance tasks. Working for myself taught me responsibility, customer care, and the importance of delivering quality on every job, no matter how big or small.

Now, I’m seeking a Maintenance / General Property Repairs role where I can:

 Apply my strong practical skillset

 Maintain, repair, and improve residential or commercial properties

 Bring reliability, initiative, and professionalism to a team

 Grow within a stable, established company

I’m hardworking, quick to learn, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. I take pride in my work and believe in doing the job right the first time.
