Key Responsibilities

Barista Duties

• Prepare high-quality coffees, teas, and specialty beverages consistently.
• Maintain coffee station cleanliness, stock levels, and machine care.
• Ensure latte art, presentation, and beverage standards are met at all times.

Barman Duties

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock rotation, and correct pouring standards.
• Ensure accurate cash-ups and follow stock control procedures.

Waiter Duties

• Deliver excellent guest service with professionalism and warmth.
• Take orders accurately, upsell items, and communicate clearly with the kitchen.
• Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained throughout service.

General Duties

• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygiene-compliant working area.
• Work efficiently during peak service hours.
• Assist the team wherever required to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years’ barista experience in a restaurant or café environment.
• Experience as a barman and waiter — essential.
• Strong knowledge of espresso-based beverages.
• Ability to mix basic cocktails and follow standard recipes.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
