Project Manager - Building Services
Our client, a well-established and developing building and facilities management company, seeks to employ a Project Engineer/Manager, who has gained experience in building services, access control, CCTV, HVAC and fire/lighting system for newly developed and some pre-existing maintenance contracts.
You must have relevant experience in the field required, as this is a critical role to the company’s core business.
- You will have an Electronic or related Engineering qualification coupled with experience and in the Information and Communication Technology sector including lighting systems, automation Systems, BMS, CCTV, ACS, IPTV, PA&VE, IPT, wireless networks and HVAC.
- Experience in building and design standards and be able to manage several projects, from conceptual to finalisation in all aspects of the above facilities installation
- You must be able to communicate well and have proven experience in managing contractors and providing updated liaison with clients.
- You will be able to travel nationally, when required and have a clear credit and criminal record, due to the nature of the role.
