Night Shift Supervisor - Verulam FMCG

Our Client based in Verulem is looking to hire a Night shift Supervisor.

1. Must reside in Verulam and surrounding area.

2. Must have experiance to supervise production staff, dealing with disaplinary and issuing of warnings if and were needed.

3. Insure production runs smoothly

4. Insure products meets the required standards. Carry out hourly inspections.

5. Manage staff time keeping, and submitting hours for payment for staff worked.

6. Managed and shedule staff as required per machine and requirements.

7. Factory floor employees to be made aware and kepth up to date with any changes.

8. Must be able to comunicate on management level, read and write.

9. Must have matric, production certificates would be an added advantage.

Please note this position would be prefered to someone that is avialable immidiatle as need to be fulled asap.
