Key Responsibilities
Beverage Service- Take drink orders accurately and efficiently from guests at the bar and surrounding seating areas.
- Use your product knowledge to recommend cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic options suited to guest preferences.
- Prepare and serve cocktails with precision, consistency, and style, ensuring every drink meets brand standards.
- Serve beverages using the correct glassware, garnishes, and presentation techniques.
- Follow responsible service of alcohol policies and verify identification when required.
- Deliver exceptional guest service that is warm, professional, and memorable.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer personalised recommendations to elevate their experience.
- Build rapport with regular guests and create an atmosphere of comfort and connection.
- Handle challenging situations calmly, finding solutions that maintain guest satisfaction.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on beverages, pairings, and menu options.
- Actively upsell and promote premium beverages and signature cocktails.
- Support bar promotions, events, and activations to drive sales and visibility.
