We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our gelato shop team! As a shop assistant, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scooping gelato, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

*Responsibilities:*

- Serve customers with a smile and provide product recommendations

- Scoop and serve gelato, handle cash and credit transactions

- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization

- Restock supplies and manage inventory

- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

*Requirements:*

- Previous customer service experience preferred

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

- Passion for gelato and customer satisfaction

- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash
