Butchery Manager
A well-known family store situated in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is looking to employ an experienced Butchery Manager to supervise the operation of the Butchery according to agreed sales and profitability targets.


• At least 5 years’ experience in all aspects of day to day running and managing of a meat market
• At least 2 years retail experience in fresh foods departments
• Computer literacy recommended
• Industrial Relations experience recommended
• Grade 12 (Matric) with Math / Science /Accounting or NQF level 4 equivalent (or)
• Grade 1 Meat Cutting Certificate (or)
• Recognized Butchery apprenticeship / Learner ship
