Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years current experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, or hotel environment
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage service
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Valid South African ID
- Strong guest interaction and communication skills
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Engage with guests and provide a welcoming bar experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times
- Work closely with the restaurant and service team during service periods
