I am a 30-year-old male with 4 years of experience in the food industry, including 2 years in a fast-paced fresh produce processing factory supplying major restaurants and retail supermarkets.

I have worked as both a Food Safety Supervisor and Procurement Supervisor, with a strong background in HACCP and ISO 22000 systems. I have successfully led and passed food safety audits, managed traceability and hygiene systems, and ensured strict compliance throughout the supply chain. I have also acted in a managing role focusing on food factory staff and managing truck logistics.

My responsibilities have included:

Quality checking fresh produce from suppliers before delivery to clients.

Stock control, including applying FIFO principles and maintaining accurate stock records.

Buying and sourcing produce, evaluating supplier quality, and maintaining supply consistency.

Procuring food safety PPE, packaging materials, and essential factory equipment.

Supervising receiving, storage, and dispatch of stock in a time-sensitive environment.

In addition to my food industry experience, I hold a B-Tech in Biotechnology and have worked in a laboratory using KASP-Genotyping technology. I also have hands-on experience in fish and mushroom farming, including spawn production and oyster mushroom cultivation.
