Protea Hall is a modern function venue currently accommodating up to 220 Guests . The following is inclusive of venue hire : Ceiling and wall drapings Running fairy lights Round or rectangular tables Standardized plastic chairs Upstairs lounging area with turf lawn Fully air conditioned Kitchen facilities available Ample parking space venue security Protea hall is ONLY a venue hire. Anything further required is supplied by your service provider. We have no contracted service providers so one is welcome to choose their own Cost of venue: Offer 1: R8000 plus R2000 refundable deposit Venue available from 8am -11pm Or as per government regulations Offer 2: R5000 plus R2000 refundable deposit Offer only valid on a Sunday . 8am-11pm Offer 3 : R4000 plus R2000 refundable deposit. Monday - Thursday only . Excluding public holiday Offer 4: R750 per hour plus R 2000 refundable deposit . Hourly rate must include setup and breakdown times Not applicable to wedding related function such as wedding, mendhi, night before and thanksgiving . Offer 5: R500 per hour plus R2000 refundable deposit. Only valid for funerals and memorial service/ceremony .
