House is in walking distance to Gardens Shopping Center and on the My city bus route.

Price incl utilities but ex internet.

I will need e mail contact details of 1 x landlord reference, where you recently stayed and for how long and 1 x Work reference with name of company ,

duration of employment, position etc

If i move forward with your application ID will be required , a police check will be carried out if needed.
